Yacht Chartering

The charter fee covers the hire of the yacht and the professional crew. Additional expenses — fuel, provisioning, marina fees, and crew gratuity — are managed through an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), typically 25–30% of the base charter fee and paid prior to departure. The captain accounts for every expense, and any unspent funds are refunded at the end of your voyage. Our team walks you through every detail during the consultation.

We operate primarily across two regions: the Mediterranean — including Sardinia, the Italian Riviera (Portofino, Cinque Terre, Camogli), and the Amalfi Coast — and the Caribbean, including St. Barth, Antigua, the Bahamas, and the Cayman Islands. Each itinerary is built around the client's preferences.

For peak periods — July and August in the Mediterranean, December through February in the Caribbean — we recommend reaching out at least four to six months in advance. The most sought-after vessels in our fleet are often reserved well before the season opens. That said, we maintain close relationships with our captains and can often accommodate last-minute requests with care. The earlier the conversation begins, the more we can shape the experience around you.
